Artwork Guidelines

Design Tip: Less is often more. Clean logos, silhouettes, and simple artwork not only produce the sharpest prints—they also leave more of the absorbent microfiber exposed, allowing your boarding mat to perform the job it was designed for.

For the best-looking print, keep your artwork simple. Clean logos, text, and graphics with little or no background produce the sharpest results.

Need a little cleanup? If the automatic background remover doesn't completely remove your background, we'll take care of it. We'll clean up your artwork and size it to make the best use of the 14" × 14" printable area while preserving its proportions.

Recommended file types:

• SVG (best for logos and artwork)
• PNG (high resolution with a transparent background preferred)
• JPG (high resolution)

We'll do the finishing touches. The online preview is just that—a preview. If removing a little more background or simplifying your artwork into a clean silhouette will improve the final product, we'll make those adjustments before it goes to print whenever possible.

Gray artwork: Since the boarding mat itself is gray, logos or artwork that contain light gray elements may be adjusted to darker shades or black to improve visibility and produce a cleaner final print.

For the highest print quality:

• Upload the highest-resolution file you have.
• Avoid screenshots, photos of business cards, or images pulled from social media.
• Simple logos and bold artwork reproduce better than highly detailed photographs.
