Free Returns & Refunds – No Hassle.
If your item doesn’t fit or feel quite right, you can return it for a full refund or exchange – free of charge.

Here’s how it works:

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags on, please).

Easy Process: Just shoot us an email at info@ebb-co.com or visit [your returns portal link], and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Refund Timing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
